Linekit provides AI voice and chat agents for businesses. This policy explains what we process when you message or call a business that uses Linekit, and when you visit this website.
What we process
The messages and calls you send to an agent (text, audio, and metadata such as your phone number, Instagram or Telegram handle, and chat id), plus basic website analytics. We process this only to run the service.
How we use it
To route your message to the right conversation flow, generate a reply, and hand off to a human operator when needed. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Third-party providers
Depending on the channel, your messages pass through Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram), Telegram, and AI providers (speech-to-text, language models, and text-to-speech) solely to deliver the service. Each provider handles data under its own terms.
Self-hosting
Businesses can run Linekit on their own infrastructure with their own provider keys; in that case their conversation data and credentials stay entirely with them.
Retention
Conversations and transcripts are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and meet the operating business's requirements, then deleted.
